Apologies to all the fried food fanatics and sugar addicts out there, but exercise is no substitute for a good diet. Even if you're not looking to lose weight, a balanced diet can vastly improve your health and reduce the risk of a number of chronic diseases. Try to get your two fruit and five veggies a day while cutting down on the takeout. If you need more advice, talk to your GP about changing your diet. With the right food and drink, you'll have more energy to smash through your workouts!
