Winter has come, and you're probably feeling a little down with your usual summer-based activities and events being on hold for the season. No fear, there's more to Perth than just outdoor cinemas and beaches! We've got a list of fun things to do during winter.
NAO JAPANESE (Perth)
Warm up with a bowl of delicious ramen at Nao Japanese. Nao's flavourful and creamy broths will have you coming back for more, and at hardly any cost! These large and filling soups cost between $12 and $15, and you can choose between four types of homemade noodles. With toppings of meat and veggies and flavours such as miso and soy, what could go better with winter than ramen?

Need to get that blood pumping? Shy about dancing in public? No problem, get your groove on at the West Leederville Town Hall every Monday night. This weekly activity allows you to dance in complete dark, without judgement or alcohol. Dance freely, because nobody's watching, and get lost in the music. You're sure to loosen up and find yourself burning up the dance floor with your moves.

SNEAKY TONY'S (Northbridge)
Break the ice with a drink at Sneaky Tony's, a cheeky little bar designed in the manner of a speakeasy. This bar offers rum-based drinks, and is hidden behind a seemingly dead-end laneway in Chinatown. Entry on Fridays and Saturdays requires an ever-changing password that can only be found on Facebook. Haul yourself to this crafty bar and remember to keep it a secret between you and your friends.
Location: 38 Roe Street, Northbridge WA 6003
ESCAPE HUNT EXPERIENCE (Fremantle)
Give your mind a workout while having fun with friends and family at Escape Hunt Experience. The escape rooms involve solving riddles and codes that you will need to solve to escape the room in an allocated time frame. This isn’t an easy task, and definitely not something you can do alone! The types of locked rooms are diverse as well; you could be trying to escape a mine or solving a murder mystery. It’ll require activity, logical thinking and teamwork, so bring along two to five of your friends and get ready to test your problem solving skills!
